THE TAKEAWAY
The Takeaway: Moving forward from time to time I will be including in my blogs sections titled “The Takeaway” this will be tidbits of information I feel can be of value.
What does all this mean for you? Well, I like to think of myself as the human experiment of experiences. I go about my daily living and bring back to you personal feedback or experiences in hopes that it helps someone in their daily life. Whether that be you incorporate an activity or eliminate or avoid some sort of negative response in your living, it is up to you to choose. I can only share and encourage you to take one step further towards living a more well rounded and satisfied life, as some would like to call it your Best Life. I, on the other hand feel as though we should live life right now as satisfied as we can possibly be and in that sort of living it in turn ends up being collectively our best life. Constantly chasing the “best life” can be mentally and physically draining as we are always looking for that something better. Whereas, stress reduction and endorphin release comes in being satisfied with where we are in the moment. When we don’t feel satisfied we need to step outside ourselves and our situations. In doing so, we realize we can have it worse and we can also have it better but this is where we are now. The one thing we can do is take THIS very moment and decide to do something that will improve it for the time to come, ultimately leading to the best life. Selecting and making positive choices in the direction of the life we want to look back and say we lived. Not the one we are seeking to live. We are living our lives NOW. This is it. Be in the moment. Be present in your life NOW. If you put off until tomorrow what you can do today, when tomorrow arrives and you still aren’t living in moments of satisfaction. ..You will be wishing you started today. The time to start is now. What are you waiting for? #AreYouAliveOrJustLiving?
Would love to hear from you. Drop a comment below on the one thing you are doing today that you will be grateful for tomorrow👇🏽
